Shipping policy

At Lizbert, we aim to deliver your orders as efficiently and reliably as possible.

Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Time Frames:

timated delivery time is 3 –7  business days for local orders, depending on your location and shipping destination. International Orders is 7 - 21 days still depending on your location.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Delays
Delivery times may occasionally be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs processing, carrier delays, or peak seasons. We appreciate your patience in such cases.

Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Lizbert is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Missing Packages
If your order appears lost or has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at maliteboho@lizbert.co.za, and we will assist you.
